New Fully Redundant DNS Infrastructure

By | September 11, 2018

At APC Hosting, we are constantly improving to achieve 100% uptime for our customers. We are pleased to inform you we have implemented a fully redundant DNS cluster to withstand any single point of failure.

Please find our new DNS settings as follows:

ns1.apc.sg (124.6.61.9)
ns2.apc.sg (103.14.214.10)
ns3.apc.sg (103.14.212.11)

Who is affected?

If your hosting services with us is using any of our nameservers (eg. nsX.apc.sg), please ensure to change to the above with immediate effect. If you are using any custom nameservers mapped to our IPs, please ensure to update your IPs to the above as well.

How to Change?

If your domain is bought from us through www.apc.sg or www.domain.sg, you may follow this KB for instructions on how to make the DNS changes: https://support.apc.sg/knowledgebase/article/changing-of-domain-nameservers.

Please note that all other nameservers (eg. nsX.apc.sg) and nameserver IPs will be phased out by 1st Oct 2018 (Monday). Do make the DNS changes accordingly to avoid any disruption to your services.
