This is to provide an update to the precautionary measures which APC Hosting has taken in the midst of COVID-19 outbreak, and in regards to the “circuit breaker” measures which Singapore government has enforced from 7th Apr 2020 to 4th May 2020.
As APC Hosting falls under the essential services, part of our support team still operates from office to provide emergency support and response to customers when required. Our support team is also available 24/7 to provide technical assistance to our customers.
Our technical team is also regularly maintaining our infrastructure at our datacenter to ensure optimal operation for our customers.
We have also implemented the following measures to ensure safety of our staff & business continuity in the event of disruption due to COVID-19.
- Segregation of teams
- Safe distance keeping measures for those working in office
- Safe distance keeping measures and wearing of mask, when assisting customers at the datacenter
- Work from home arrangement
- Twice a day temperature monitoring of staff
